Powerful Simulation Toolkit for Neuroscience Research

Intific is actively exploring ways to make engaging environments for the purpose of measuring and understanding brain activity. Our Neuroscience Division is developing software tools that enable neuroscience researchers to generate complex, realistic environments for experimentation. These tools allow researchers to connect their neurophysiological measurement systems to a 3D immersive environment (single or multi-player) for the continuous measurement of brain signals in real-time. The system has a logging capability with fine enough resolution that events in the simulation can be correlated to brain events. The system can also run closed-loop allowing for the augmentation of the environment based on real-time user inputs through either user behavior or brain signals. This is a first-of-its-kind capability and provides researchers with experimental flexibility unmatched by any software system commercially available today.
